   how do i change my avatar and for my authors avatars? im using wordpress on my own server btw

   Gravatar.com or other plugins. It links your profile email in wordpress sites and comments with the photo you upload to gravatar.

   i'm guessing there's a snippet of php that calls the gravatar. i would rather have it pull an image from my server. (without having to change my gravatar.com gravatar). anyone know how i can "hardcode" an alternative author image?
