We setup P2 as our team communications stream, then added in Absolute Privacy to protect it for just our viewing/use. Works out perfectly. A simple setup that took about 2 minutes to get working.

    Thanks for creating this.

Like ehersman, I setup P2 as a team collaborative tool and I added in also Absolute Privacy. This plug is great but I have a problem with it :
I had to modify in the plugin the default role to "author" because the users of my private P2 must have these permissions to add images and publish post.
I also had to enable the "Block Admin Access" to block these users (authors) from viewing any administrative pages (they are not nerds), but these two setups are not compatible with P2 use because it also blocks authors from adding images or other media in the posts (because P2 uses lightbox of Admin add image panel)…
So is there a way to solve this conflict?

(I hope this is understandable, I'm french so "Excuse my French"…)

    Thanks for this great plugin.

    EDIT
and mail custom fields are a very good improvement… thks

I finally find a solution with Peter's Login Redirect .
I disabled the "Block Admin Access" of Absolut Privacy and made a specific Login Redirect rule for "author".
Now "authors" are on login redirected to the homepage and can add images in the frontend.

    pretty cool…
