Oxygen theme – blog page only shows summary, want full post

Another question from me, the WP newbie. I’m using the Oxygen them and I’ve set a blog page separate from my front page as instructed here. My page is jayneshives.com/photatoes/blog

This works wonderfully, except that when a viewer goes to my blog page, they see just the excerpts, and I want them to see full posts. I have checked “full post” in the Reading panel, and I don’t know what else to do. I don’t have feature images so I just get the blank grey box and a sentence or two of the post.

I’d love to know if a workaround exists for this problem, as I understand that Oxygen doesn’t allow full posts without the excerpt first. Of course, if that’s not true, I’ll be extremely glad to hear it!
