Support » Plugin: Page Builder by SiteOrigin » Overflow an image outside your panels

  • Hi Greg,

This one may be tricky. First of all I’d like to know if it’s even possible, and if so, how.

I have a background that fills up the entire panel, but I’d like to repeat the background with repeat-x across the page, thus outside the panel.

Is this possible? I have tried working with z-index, with 2 large negative margin’s, but I can’t get this to work.

At the moment, I’m not sure there’s a simple solution to this. One feature I have on the roadmap is to add an option to change the css classes or rows and cells and possibly even specify wrapper DIVs.

It would then be up to a theme to handle something like extending a a row to fit the page.

Hmm I was afraid you would say this. My tries didn’t work no matter what.

Do you have an idea for when such a feature can be available?
