   hi, i am looking for a plugin that can handle all my out going link
   eg:

   when someone click on a link ( that is not my domain ), redirect to another page from my domain :

   http://domain.com/out/wwwoutgoingdomaincom ( or any other format )

   "redirecting to ..... in 5 seconds"

   i don't know what to search for
