Outdated User Roles

    line 348 of fancybox.php uses the outdated user roles and resulted in an error message when I ran wordpress in debug mode.
    I changed “10” to ‘update_plugins’ and it seems to do the trick, although I admit I’m guessing at what the appropriate capability is to place here – anyone know?
