Outbound proxy support

Seems like Wordfence is not honoring WP_PROXY_* configuration options, which means that in a lot of enterprise installations, the plugin will not be very useful since the network admins tend to insist on outbound proxies.

I’ve written a very simple fix to this problem, which requires minimal changes to three source code files in your plugin. I’d be happy to share the code with you to save me from having to make the same changes every time the plugin is updated…
