Outbound Link Tracking (3 posts)

    Hey all,

I have the 'track outbound clicks & downloads' and am expecting an event raised when any links within my posts are getting clicked. Is my expectation different than what this was designed for?

I wasn't seeing this show up as a _utm like a normal event tracking would occur as in my web traffic analyzer.

    Does anyone know?

    Thanks!

I'm wondering if clicks on telephone numbers are tracked.

    Does anyone know?

If anyone can get click-to-call working with GA for WordPress I'm dying to know how.

I've been using Blunt GA for the past few months as it was the only one I could figure out (with the developer's help which was awesome). Unfortunately, I installed W3 Total Cache and it broke Blunt GA.

I'd really like to get GA by Yoast working as that's what I'm using for a major client. But I'm tearing my hair out trying to figure out how to track call clicks.
