   Don't know if this is an appropriate forum... I chose Bluehost largely because of the recommendation from the WordPress team. I'm new to hosting, but in the last couple of weeks there have been three outages I know of. Today's seems to be widespread even to the my.bluehost.com webpage when I try to log into the cPanel.

   I called their customer support, they had no information except that it would take 30-45 minutes to restore, and didn't seem to care much.

   Is this normal? If so, I think I'll need to find another host...
