I am having an issue with the Out of Stock message displaying. In my settings I have "Stock control" set to "no", the "Out of Stock Message" set to "Out of Stock" and "Add product details to every page"...set to "Yes". If "Stock Available" on a product is unchecked it appears on the site but does not show a message that says "Out of Stock". When you try and add the item to your cart nothing happens. To a user shopping the site it appears the cart is broken.
Here is an example of a product with "Stock Available" unchecked.
