other user editing admin posts

hey – i have installed the hack that will allow any user to edit only the posts of the users at the same level or below them. (level 3 can edit level 3, 2,1 but not 4+ ) etc… however, i want one user to be able to edit the Admin’s posts as well. I tried to move the user’s level to 10 in the admin tool, but I couldn’t. Then I manually changed the users level to 10 using myPHPadmin. Still that did nothing….any suggestions!!
