Hi and thanks for your great plugin! I just love the new feature of adding multiple roles to a single user. Up to now we had to use multiple and special user accounts for our choir (www.vocal-invention.nl) members that needed an extra role for their work (member registration, content editing, event management etc.) on the site....
But the "other roles" column in the users list stays empty after adding extra roles through capabilities (allthough they do aquire the extra capabilities). Also their original role (in our case we use their voice for this) is being replaced by the last extra role added.
Among others this breaks our use of the EMU2 to plugin that allowed us to mail to certain roles...
I think that what we'd like is to be able to mark one of the assigned roles as "primary".
BTWW we still use WordPress 3.4.2, since not all our plugins are 3.5.1 compatible yet. I can not test if we would not have this problem in WordPress 3.5.1.
