Other Domain Mapping Plugin

Hi,

On one multisite installation we need to use the WPMU DEV domain mapping plugin because it limits users to one mapped domain. Is that compatible with your plugin? I know that you support your own domain mapping plugin, but I wanted to make sure there are no issues using the other plugin in this case.

If we use the other plugin, should we leave the domain mapping support in WP Super Cache turned off (since that support was meant for your plugin)?
