Orphaned Custom Menu

I created a Custom Menu titled Media to use as a dropdown on the sidebar.
I got my items out of order and would like to correct the order by modifying the Custom Menu. However, it does not show up in the Edit Menu screen–there is no option but the Main Menu. It also does not show up in the Sidebar Widget area–that is blank, but the menu appears on the sidebar on whatever page I put it. It’s like it’s stuck in the sidebar. I have no way to find it to modify it or delete it and start over. Beginning to wonder if I actually named it or created it without a name if that’s possible). I need to track the beast back to its lair and kill it, but I don’t know where to look. I am a novice with html/css but I follow instructions well. Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
