Original admin can't load Dashboard after import

Hi, this is a common problem, I can tell by Googling “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” I just want to know if anyone has a clue as to what’s wrong with my “superuser” account.

I created a test account, it loads the Dashboard just fine.
I got my trusty co-Admin to go to the Dashboard, and she had no problem loading it.

My installation went haywire yesterday, so I was uploading/downloading and importing and exporting, and I had to put the Users and Usermeta tables of one DB into a new DB. And now I can’t access the main Dashboard.
I can, however, do anything else that I want. So this isn’t a huge disaster.
