Organizing Menus with Custome Post Types

    I was wondering if there is a way to organize the way custom post types are added to the menu in WP3.0. I’ve added a few and they have sorted of mixed up within the Posts menu alphabetically. Ideally, would it be possible to have them outside the posts menu in a custom menu of itself?
