Organize pages and subpages in columns?

    Hi,
    How can I organize pages so that sub-pages are making one column? I want it to look like this:

    Parent1 Parent2 Parent3 Parent4
    Child1 Child2 Child3 Child4
    Child1 Child2 Child3 Child4
    Child1 Child2 Child3 Child4
    Child1 Child2 Child3 Child4
