Organic structure Theme, Posts page problem

I’ve installed the Structure theme by Organic a while back, but resently the category pages have changed. everything is aligned left when it should be centered. The widgets that are supposed to be on the right have also moved the the bottom left, or sometimes aren’t even there.

can anybody help!?
