[resolved] Orders stay at pending (4 posts)

    HELP, please!

    The ipn comes through as complete and says so in the notes. Yet i can't do anything with the status. It stays at pending. No other options.

    Everthing in the system status is fine
    Paypal logs - payment complete

    Been working on this for 8 hours. Someone please help.

    I assume you're running the latest version of WooCommerce?

    Yeah, I've only just discovered it. I think it might be a theme conflict somewhere. I've converted from cart66 to woo.

    I've seen that the status are taxonomys. I'm currently removing custom ones.

    As even a cheque I can't update the status.

    Yup it turned out it was the custom taxonomies i added originally. Phew!

    I can see them all. That was a lot of googling but eventually found the clue in this topic
