    Site was working fine. Today, I added eShop Extras, then decided I didn’t need it and un-installed without using it. Now, I cannot put in an order.

    I can go through the entire order process and it works fine, but the following happens:

    -the purchaser does not get an email
    -The order does not show in the eShop dashboard (ie does not go to pending)
    -The stock quantity does not change

    -I get the admin notification email but the link that is typically under details is not there

    So how do I re-link all of my products after uninstalling and reinstalling?

    And I’ve lost all of my stock, price and option information????

    You will need to re-enter your products after you have completed the fresh install.

    You appear to have wrecked your eShop database tables with your customised plugin. The best option is to start again unless you want even worse problems further down the road. FYI, “support” is about trying to provide you with the best solutions to resolve the predicament that you got yourself into. It’s not about just fobbing you off with answers that you want. Whether you like the answer, or not, is really immaterial.
