• Ok so my client is having a few issues, and I am unsure if they have done something wrong or if woocommerce is doing something weird.

    I am not super familiar with woocommerce, so I am just not sure whats going on. i’ve just been doted the job of figuring this out – so please bare with me.

    My client is getting orders in that go straight to “pending” and not processing – is that supposed to happen? – After a week or so they had a lot of pending orders building up, the client never changed the orders over to processing or complete.

    – Now customers are getting a warning when they place an order that their money went through but that they may want to contact the business and make sure they got the order – is this happening because they aren’t setting the orders to complete?

    – Lastly, today, all the sudden, all the pending orders were canceled all at once.
    I just upgraded woocommerce today – could this be why the orders were canceled?

    Sorry, I know this is a mess, I just need some help figuring out whats going on.
