[resolved] Order status doesn't change to "processing", even though the payment is correct (13 posts)

    The order status does not change to "processing" automatically, despite the payment entered correctly. The state is stuck in "pending", so no automatic emails are sent to both the client and the site owner.

    The only way to know who has entered a new order is entering the wordpress back office, or via email from MercadoPago with the payment confirmation.

    I think it's an important point to solve.

    This is definitely a problem on your server, you must have something on your server rejecting POST MercadoPago.

    You need to see the mod_security settings if you are using it and investigate your server logs.

    Hi! My sites are behaving as described by z72diego. Do you think, really, mod_security may be blocking it?
    The POST connections should be coming from the domain mercadopago.com? or any other? Because I can whitelist domains/IPs in the server.

    Actually I have not too much knowledge on the subject. Is it supposed to whitelist that domain on my server to fix the problem?

    I am currently working with my hosting support in the log there seems no POST errors, so I return to contemplate the possibility of a bug in the module.

    The plugin is working correctly, I'm using on a personal website and everything is going well.
    There are also other people that I'm using in this problem.

    I've seen some problems like this with people using CloudFlare.

    @Claudio: Yes. My site where the IPN is not working fine is using CLoudFlare.

    One can exclude pages from being loaded to Cloudflare. What would you recommend to exclude from the cloud in order to test this?
