I was wondering, as to how the menu element stays at the top of the page. When I added another element (in this case, called [content2]), it was pushed to the bottom of the page. Ideally, it would be situatated at the top of the page, on the right of the menu.

Looks like you are trying for 3 columns.
Your #content is 715px wide, and your #content2 is also 715px wide. And that's without the menu.
If you adjust the width's of each column to be about 1 screen's worth, then things might look better.
Check how #content and #menu are positioned with regard to margins / top / position.

Hmm.. I think I have shrunk both elements sufficiently; however, what do you mean by "Check how #content and #menu are positioned with regard to margins / top / position." Computer illeterate here! *'.'*
    Thank you!

Thanks! I managed to figure it out.. I used absolute values; Is it too shoddy? http://www.vicnan.com/
