[resolved] Orange background on Adsense ads (5 posts)

    Google has recently introduced new asynchronous adsense ads which make use of the ins html tag.

    This means that any themes which style this 'not often used' tag with a background colour will show a coloured background before the ad loads.

    The solution to fix this on HeatMap AdAptive is just to add a little extra styling to the bottom of the theme style.css file.

    .cmamad ins,
    .cmam_responsive_ad_widget_class ins,
    .heatmapthemead_ad_widget ins {
    	background-color: transparent;
    }

    I'll roll this into the next theme update.

    I've now uploaded an update to fix this issue to the WordPress Theme Directory and hopefully it will be made available on the directory in the next few days.

    In the meantime, if you want to grab the update right now you can get the zip directly from heatmaptheme.com.

    Hi

    First of all thank you for great theme ) it works great )

    As for this update, I noticed that it works only for banners that I've added via widget bars. But there is one banner that I've added manually into each post. The orange background is still appear for this banner.

    What can I do about it?

    Its the styling for the ins html tag that is causing the orange.
    If you use the heatmap adaptive ad widget then you wont see the orange.

    In style.css where you see

    mark, ins {
    	background:#F96;						/* Inserted text background */
    }

    just change the colour to transparent
