oQey Headers plugin – Coding Errors

    Hello my site address is: GoodDIC911.com ,

    Is anyone familiar with “oQey Headers plugin?” I placed this coding <see blow> in the header of my site but the jpg image doesn’t show. Can anyone tell by looking at this coding what I am doing wrong:

    Ex:
