Optiontree activation causes errors (1 post)

I have a fresh WP 3.7.1 install and the Lumen theme from envato which seemed to have used optiontree 2.0.16. I have installed the latest optiontree 2.1.4 and immediately after activation I get in the plugins installed admin site the following warnings:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'ot_register_theme_options_page' not found or invalid function name in D:\WWW\hjk\wp-includes\plugin.php on line 429

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'ot_register_theme_options_admin_bar_menu' not found or invalid function name in D:\WWW\hjk\wp-includes\plugin.php on line 507

plugin.php does not seem to be theme specific. I wonder therefore where the warning comes from.

    Kind regards
    Bernhard
