Google Authenticator
[resolved] Options Missing from Google Auth Settings (5 posts)

One of my users got a new phone, and I went in to his settings to generate a new QR code. Under Google Authenticator Settings, the only options are "Hide settings from user" and "Active". Any idea how to get the other options back? I have had to deactivate it for this account for now, but I need it back, as we are a big target for hackers.

Interesting addition. The options are all there for my profile, but not for the other user. Maybe I am missing something? This site was set up by someone else, and I am walking into it fairly blind.

    Hi
De-activate for the users account (not hide)
Then ask him to login normally and setup everything again.
