Options besides Feedburner?

Short question – WordPress 2.6 or Feedburner or something else?

Long question and a heatlhy tirade – Feedburner has some great features. But at the same time, it is lacking some features. But the question really comes down to this – With WordPress where it is today at 2.6 and 2.7 coming, do we need Feedburner?

Is anyone using Feedburner? I am only using it as a way to get and track subscribers, and even on a small site have some issues. The big one is that, as part of the Google empire of tools, the support area seems dead.

Specifically, I have a stack of business cards next to me, and 164 users on a blog. There is no way to import them into feedburner and make that my 100% only method of communications.

With something as simple as a business card at a meeting can’t be imported, is it better to just dump feedburner? Searching for this answer just turns up old frustrated posts with no answer in site.
