Option to list unanswered support questions

    I have posted the odd question and they seem to disappear of the main screen before anyone can or might answer it gets the chance to view it.
    Will the admins of this forum consider the option to list unanswered questions, in addition to those posted or replied to recently?
    I hope this will get an answer too, soon. 🙂

    It can be the case that some questions appear to ‘drop off’ before being answered. I think there are 2 reasons why:
    – if the forum is really busy in the hours after your post, it will fall back naturally
    – if it’s not answered that quickly, it may be that it’s a question requiring a level of knowledge which most of us just don’t have.
    Do *bump* any unanswered posts, but please do so only after a couple of days. There are people here who go back a few pages in each forum looking for just such unanswered posts.
    Now, what was it you asked before ? 🙂
