Option Sets – Is it possible to tidy their look?

I have started playing around with the plugin and although it took me a little bit to get the look and feel I like, I really like my possibilities.

My only stumbling block is when I play with my Option Sets. Because of what I am selling, there are a lot variables. I’m not sure how to make the Option Sets tidy looking, rather than the text being on one line and the “selection box” on the next. Is there a way to work around this if there is no way to fix it?
