   I apologise if this is a completely stupid question. I'm still sort of getting my head around eShop and how it works.

   I was just wondering whether it's possible to use the options and option sets somehow to allow a customer to choose between a physical hard copy (which will need to be shipped) and a digital download, or whether I'll need to set up different product pages for both.

   Forget I spoke. You have the option to do that automatically when you've uploaded a file :)
