Optin revolution plugin would not activate... (2 posts)

    I got the following error when i tried to activate the Optin Revolution plugin for the first time...

    Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 1835 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /home/lesunshi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optin-revolution/optinrev.php on line 18

    Fatal error: session_start() [function.session-start]: Failed to initialize storage module: files (path: ) in /home/lesunshi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optin-revolution/optinrev.php on line 18

    Your server appears to be running php in safe mode. The setting is configured form php.ini. That's probably not something you will have any control over. You should contact your hosts support group for more information and perhaps suggestions on a work-around, if there is one.
