opps! I have messed up my settings please help

I was trying to move my site and when I went into setting to type in the new location of my website I did a copy paste however when I did this I evidently did not remove the http:// before I pasted the new location. so instead of looking for “http://www.site” name it is looking for “http://http://www.sitename”. is there a way that I can correct this since I can no longer access my admin page! Please help if you have any ideas.
