Hello all. I'm building a WP template for a company...my first WP job. I typically code everything by hand, no tools or templates. I'm looking for a WP Theme that will allow me to create a drop down nav bar on the top, a custom background, and then allow for space below for pictures, text etc. I worked with WP a few years ago, motifying a template for a CMS. But I typically work with HTML5/CSS3/Javascript (jQuery). Is there a theme that allows for this type of customization with Javascript? Unfortunately I can't talk my client out of using WP, so I need to try and use what I know...I'll bone up on my PHP skills later. Thanks for any suggestions.

Pretty much any theme will do that, though for Javascript see:

You'll need to learn quite a bit about how WP works to do what you describe. The Codex is a good resource: http://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Also, be aware that these forums only support the themes from the repository on this site here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
