Opening uploaded photo with ADs on top

I know this is possible, but can’t understand how to do this:

I have images uploaded onto my blog, but would like the code so that when I click on the image, it appears as a page, rather than the image, with ADs on the top. I don’t want to go through every image and make a new page for each individually, so I was wondering if there was an easy way.

Maybe something like this:

I would like a template that just displays the image and an AD. Thanks!
