[OpenID] Warnings Displayed

I just updated to OpenID 3.2 and get the following two warnings displayed whenever I post a comment using an OpenID:

Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file in wp-dir/wp-content/plugins/openid/Auth/OpenID/AX.php on line 891

The warnings are only displayed in passing and the comment still seems to post. I don’t have access to php.ini as this is a shared host.
