• Hello,

I’ve just gotten an openID and I found a tutorial for how to make my wordpress blog the “provider” for that ID. However, the tut says that I have to edit the “HTML Source Code”, but I can’t figure out which page this is referring to? Which file should I edit?

Is there some plugin for using your blog as a openID provider? Basically I’d like people to be directed to my blog when they click my username when I comment on their blogs, if it’s possible. The ones I’ve found were all for adding openID login and openID comments and so on.

Any help is appretiated (even if it doesn’t involve actually using OpenID, like I said basically I just want blog-owners to very simply be able to get to my blog whenever I’ve commented on their sites. Help?

I’ve tried just adding the code provided in the tut to my header.php but it doesn’t seem to do anything. Help? Please, I’d really like to get this to work.

Come on, has noone done this? Can someone tell me if it’s even possible? Maybe I’ve missunderstood the point of openID…
