   Go there: http://www.toxified.org/blog/
   click on 'comments', a popup will open,now click on one of the names of the commenters, their site opens in the same popup, is there a way to make ik 'target="_blank"'? So it opens in a new frame? Please tell me.

   I'm using the default theme.

   instead of comment_author_link, use comment_author_url to build and customize your link.
