Hi I check yes next to Open links in a new window?
(adds a target=”_blank” attribute) but most are still not opening in new windows.

Any idea how to get these to open in a new small window?

Hi,
Target_blank open a new window or new tabs. It depends on your browser settings.
This is not a JavaScript function, just a native browser functionnality.
