open link to a post in a lightbox

Hello all

within my blog posts am linking words to posts in a category i called glossary which has a list of terms, each term posted separates so they have permalinks. now i need to add a rel=”lightbox” to any link of a term that exists in glossary so i can load/popup these pages in lightbox on same page where the link is created.

any idea of plugin that can help achive this is highly appreciated
