    Hi, I did and they say “It appears that the problem is caused by a plugin named akismet.

    I cannot remove the plugin becaue I cannot acces the dashboard/admin site.

    Akismet has absolutely nothing to do with DNS but you can de-activate all plugins by resetting the plugins folder using FTP or phpMyAdmin.
