My site was hacked aswell. So I simply deleted index.html, as wordpress goes with index.php isnt? so my site came back but now when ever i try to open any page or post (Oops! This link appears to be broken) comes infront. Please some one help me out. thanks

Try re-saving your permalink structure at Settings/Permalinks in your admin panel. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.

i did but its still not working :(, any other idea?
Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don't forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

well I changed that aswell. by removing old files, didnt help. :(
Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 - 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

i did all above but its still not working :(, any other idea?

I received error like - "The requested URL /wordpress/activity/ was not found on this server."
