    Hi, all:

    Recently, I happened to notice whenever I want to login wordpress DashBoard, I go the following error message:

    “Oops! Looks like you answered the security question incorrectly.”

    The only/unique chance that I successfully login DashBoard is after I clicked “Lost your password?”. In such cases, I can change my password and log into word press DashBoard for once. I’ll fail to login the DashBoard from the 2nd time ever since, with the above error message.

    Did anybody meet the same problem and get it resolved?

    That’s not a WordPress core message, so it’s probably coming from a plugin that you installed.

    Thank you so much. Yes, you are right. I installed “Block-Spam-By-Math-Reloaded”. After removing it, everything works fine now.
