   Hi,

   I've searched but the issues I've found only relate to not receiving notifications at all.

   As an Administrator I am successfully receiving New Comment notifications.
   However, I have upgraded the Editor to Admin so they can receive notifications of new comments but they are not receiving the emails.

   Why would that be?
