only load styles on pages when necessary

    CSS styles are loaded only first time. All next times browser use cached file. And css file is very small.

    And I also does not know where to load css styles, because I don’t know how to check if there is a shortcode used on that page. Shortcode also can be used in widgets or in template files too.
