Just to let you know we’re having the same issue but it also seems to be browser related for us. When I look at our share buttons for any post on http://www.webanalyticsworld.net they’re working in Chrome and IE but we’re losing everything except for twitter and stumbleupon in Firefox and Safari.
Now when my co-worker or bloggers look at the same post they have issues with Chrome and Firefox but Safari and IE seem to be working ok. Do you have a tentative ETA for a fix? Hope this helps and thanks for taking a look! 🙂

i dont see any difference, im using firefox and still seeing only the facebook button on http://vine-videos.com/ , http://meme-lol.com/ . but on my main blog http://gifsec.com it mostly get random, some pages shows full icons, while others shows one icon only (and yes, i have deleted the cache files). Its specially the reaction section (example url: http://gifsec.com/funny/tag/what-the-fuck-reaction-gif/page/4/ ) that only shows on icon
the vine video page is completely 1 icon only

We’ve reinstated Shareaholic and I’ve tried it in various browsers. It seems to be working for us right now but I’ll keep you posted if we see any other issues!

Thanks for letting me know! I was able to get the share buttons to appear on both Chrome and Firefox on the first try. I’ve also tried the example URL you gave me: http://gifsec.com/funny/tag/what-the-fuck-reaction-gif/page/4/. It seems to be working just fine. I’ve also had my dev team try it out on both Windows & Mac operating systems and it seems to be working on every browser.
I’ve noticed on your screenshots you have an Ad Blocker enabled on your page. In some cases, this may cause a conflict with the share buttons working properly. Can you try disabling the Ad Blocker, refreshing your browser, and seeing if the buttons appear? I just want to make sure we get to the bottom of this.

Sorry but I just checked our mobile site and we’re not getting any social sharing counts on any of our posts. We’re using the Genesis Framework and a mobile responsive child theme and the url is http://www.webanalyticsworld.net

Thanks for letting me know! I tried to replicate the issue on my end, but was unable to do so. The share buttons appear once you click “Read More” on an article, including the share counts. Is their a specific URL this is happening on? And what browser are you using? Thanks for your help.

I’m using Safari on iPhone, I haven’t had a chance to test it on any other mobile yet but when I access the site and click into a post I can see the share buttons but the counts are missing.
I’ve tried it with a couple of our most recent posts and it’s the same for them all.
