My site gets a lot of visitors, especially people who just check out the first page or two. It also gets a lot of comments. Like 50-100 comments per post, and I have over 6800 posts(although only the last 1000 or so have substantial comments). What I think I should do, if I can, is to cache the main page to lighten the load a bit, but not cause any problems with all of the comments. Is there any way I can do this? Does this make sense or would I be wasting my time?
Thanks
Someone hacked the rejected uri feature so it works backwards. It's somewhere on this forum if you search!

I searched before I made the post, but I couldn't find an exact answer. I will continue to look though

DOH, I thought that was just for specific posts and not the home page. I'll have to give it a try later and see if it will work. Thanks
