   For some reason only one of my posts has an incorrect permalink, while all others are correct. Any idea?

   I bet that one is your post with #45 and it has been saved BEFORE giving it a title - so WP took the ID number and used it as the slug.
   Edit the slug of that post.

   p.s. Oh, and the permalink IS correct. It was - as always - a human user's mistake :)
