Only 1 post has incorrect permalink

    I bet that one is your post with #45 and it has been saved BEFORE giving it a title – so WP took the ID number and used it as the slug.
    Edit the slug of that post.

    p.s. Oh, and the permalink IS correct. It was – as always – a human user’s mistake 🙂
