Hi Johnalcorn,
I’ve checked our server side and we’re receiving a folder name of 0 length, which is very odd!
Can you run another backup when you get chance? Our server is set to log and keep all data for backup of the blog in question. Let us know when you have, we’ll be able to analyse the backup files we receive and see if we can find the problem, and produce a diagnostic version of the plugin to get information from your end if required.
Thanks,
Jason
Hi johnalcorn,
I wonder if your issue is related to one of the issues we had with 2.2.10. Can you upgrade to 2.2.11 as well and try that? It might actually fix the problem. If not, we’ve still got the server side diagnostics enabled for your account.
Regards,
Jason
