I'm looking to have my site display a certain structure if a post has a thumbnail present and one if a thumbnail is not present. I've tried a number of of solutions but none seem to work. This is what i have been using that doesn't seem to work:

The above code actually worked. I didn't have the functions.php file uploaded to the server.
